near shop ..and mall

washroom in room not cleanness ,drain outlet not so good ...i clean by own to remove all particular inside the hole .draines...to many hair ...inside the drain hole.and also buffet at breakfast need to inprove to more food ,local and abit continantal...and also fruit please abit more ....choice...and coffee need hot ,when add some milk the Temp of coffee a bit cold down ..thank you

Our junior suite is spacious, has a good view of the surrounding and the river. The location is very good.

The parking setup is less than ideal. You use your payment card for entry and drive up to Level 6. Each time you want to exit, you need to go to the lobby on the ground floor to validate your stay for free parking.

The location is good middle of the town

he bathroom had poor drainage, water kept pooling on the floor after every shower. It was quite uncomfortable. Hope the hotel can fix this for future guests.

The fact that its in the middle of the city, its so convenient. i love how clean the hotel is. the staff is polite & helpfull

i dont like the fact that i have to go to receptionist every time im going out to verify my tngocard.

We stayed for just one night on our way to Pulau Kapas, after we had arrived late at night by local bus at the bus station. The place is just next to the bus station, hence it was most convenient for us as we moved on already early next day. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a mall next door, with plenty of eating ang shopping options at hand.

I like nasi dagang for breakfast. so many varieties of menu for breakfast. Staff was polite and provide good hospitality.

I was given the connecting room which made me suffocated due to smoking guest next door.

It’s a old hotel but comfortable

All is good. However, if they change new mattress, it will become excellent

The location

the hotel needs to improve cleanliness. Breakfast is too basic. always the same menu. Lack of choices..

Location at the center of the town. Easy to get food or groceries. The room is comfortable,very clean and safe.

The cafeteria in front of the pool there is pros and cons, Cons is the parents with small kids unable to enjoy the food because our children are really excited to go to the pool. My kids are around 2 to 6 years old. The next day because it was time consuming we decided we would not have breakfast at the hotel worried our children would ask to go to the swimming pool. ?.

Near in town

The validation of the parking access Customers from different level have to go down to the lobby to validate the touch n go card and again going up to the level 6 Parking Area before exit.It’s been easier to customer if there is a validation desk at the same level 6 once the customer going to the parking level

The location of the hotel is very strategic for a business traveler. Located at the heart of the city and there are a lot of nearby stores. The staff of the hotel are friendly and will be my future choice should there a need to travel to Kuala Terengganu in future.

Nothing much not to like.

The room and toilet was clean and hotel staffs were friendly and attentive

the breakfast was very ordinary and the menu was almost the same everyday.

Strategic location. Plenty of shops nearby i.e coffee shop, groceries shop, cafes, bank, transportation station. Even the food served at the hotel's cafe were good and nice.

The parking condition.

The parking. It is too high level and the parking lans is too small esp for the SUV/MPV. Pls prepare more parking spaces outside the hotel

The spacious room and cleanliness.strategic hotel in town.the food was good.

Was expecting to enjoy the swimming pool yet was shock ed that It was too crowded with people , The water in The swimming pool was not in a good condition, and my kids and Little one got eyes infection ,and fever after The short stay.besides,all of our kids age 7,9 and 11 years old need to pay extra RM 22 each for breakfast( this was our First experience that all of our kids been charged extra ,yet The other hotel we’ve been before charged The extras to only one or two kids only-discretion maybe.

- view of kuala terengganu from the room, we got a seaview room- basic amenities provided in the room. They event have a comb and sewing kit!- breakfast was good with traditional nasi dagang n other specialities- near to a mall. - at heart of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

- I requested in booking for a double bed. I got a twin bed. Should request back during check in i think

Location near to pasar payang

Small room, worn out furniture, smelly room and bathroom.

Everything is superb. My 2nd time staying here. Room is very spacious and clean. Varieties of breakfast and the food was good. Worth every penny spent. Will repeat again insyaallah.

A lovely room with big windows looking out over the city. Good shower and air con. Lots of breakfast options although the fruit selection was less good.An easy walk to ChinaTown and Central Market.

A few things to note:Hotel parking is on 6th floor and we found it a little difficult to find on arrival.This is a traditional Muslim hotel and I was more comfortable making sure shoulders and knees were covered. Shorts for either men or women not a good idea! We couldn’t use the great open air pool on 11th floor as we didn’t have Islamic style swimwear.
